Competing next weekend

Well,,,got of the phone with Coach John and he wants me n Rene' to compete next weekend in Killeen at a small event held at the AFS (American Fight Systems) school. Its No Gi only. I hope to be able to train enough in the mean time to be ready. I love No Gi and excel in that format. It will be a good way to get my butt up n ready for the Animal Fightwear Championships later on in Feb. I hope I can get off of work for it. If not,,,they know the deal,,,cough cough hahahahaha!!!!

Heck Yeah buddy here we go,,,Im a like four wks out from the Animal fightwear Championships. My weight is at 190ish, my cap is 188 so Im not worried. Im still sick'r n all get out. the weather being darn near icy is gonna keep me n Rene' from training in Killeen tonight but thats ok cuz because it will give me a chance to train under John's watchful eye. Im still excited for this new yr of competition and training.
